Technological developments have, in recent years, introduced significant changes to ways of communication and conductingbusiness. Therefore, unsurprisingly, the world is banking on digital solutions, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, anddigital ledgers, to create a single, streamlined, and transparent  means of allocating, using, managing, and transferring land andproperty.
